Canal City

Kanalbyen er i dag blitt en godt kjent bydel i Kristiansand. Beliggenheten er unik mellom innseilinga, kanalen, badeplassen, Peisestuen og flotte Odderøya. Nærhet til alt dette og samtidig tett på Fiskebrygga, sentrum, Kunstsiloen og Kilden teater og konserthus gjør at du kan føle deg «naturban».

Kanalbyen has residents of all ages, from small children to adults. Over the course of the year, many new residents will move into our beautiful apartment building "De tre søstre".

The next construction phase will go on sale in 2025. We're looking forward to being able to offer new apartments of different sizes and something for everyone. When the district is completed, it will contain around 650 residential units.
