Ulla Marie Broch
Ulla Marie Broch is from Oslo, educated at the Nordic Theater School in Aarhus, and has taken a postgraduate degree at The Arts Educational Drama School in London.
She has worked freelance since 1996 and has a long track record from theater, radio, television, film and audio books. She has performed at most of the country's theaters such as the National Theatre, Rogaland Theatre, Hålogaland Theatre, Riksteatret, Beaivvas Sami Teahter and others. In addition, she has worked with independent groups, and since 2006 she has toured the world in several productions with, among others, Jo Strømgren Kompani, where she is still current with The Kitchen. Ulla has worked with most genres such as Linn Fylke in Hotel Cæsar, Mephistopheles in Dr. Faustus, Grandma in Georg's Magic Medicine, Penelope and others in The Odyssey. Some may also know her as Lucy in Christmas in the Swing. In the winter of 2024, she was seen in Rainman at Christiania Teater.
She has also been a member of the Balkan-inspired glam slam band Fluffers where she sang and played melodica, cello and coconuts.
Ulla is an employee of SKUDA.
Siden 2019 har Ulla medvirket i en rekke Kilden Teater-produksjoner; Jonas, Mysterier, En julefortelling, Heimanifrå – på høge hæle i Junaiten, Rosmersholm, Kirsebærhaven, Samhold Søkes, Idioten, Woyzeck, Amadeus og Oidipus/Antigone, Greven av Monte Cristo, Den stygge andungen og Snøsøstera. I 2026 blir hun å se i Presidentinnene.
