When you register on our website, ticketing system, Kildenvenn app or newsletter, you must provide some information that is stored by us, such as name, e-mail address, address, gender, age and mobile number. We also store information when you contact us later, such as inquiries to the ticket office. The information you provide may also be enriched by purchase history, lookup services, Kildenvenn app or social media you give us access to.

  1. b) Information we obtain through the use of our services

When you use our services, we record information about which services you use and how you use them. Among other things, we collect information about:

i) Your device and internet connection:
We may record information about the device you are using, such as mobile/PC manufacturer, operating system and browser version. We may also collect information about your connection to our services, such as IP addresses, network IDs, cookies and unique identifiers.

ii) Cookies:
In Google Analytics, we collect statistics about how our website is used so that we know which pages to pay the most attention to and which can be improved or deleted. When you use our services or visit our website, cookies and other data are stored that can later be read by us. You can set your browser so that only the websites you want are allowed to store cookies on your computer. Please note that this may affect the functionality and services you use on our website.

iii) Location information:
We may also record your geographical location when you use our services or shop in our stores through data from purchases you make.

We also cooperate with third parties (e.g. ticketing systems and other subcontractors of technical and payment services) and may receive information about you from them.

 

4) WHAT IS THE INFORMATION USED FOR (LEGAL BASIS)

We use personal data to deliver our services to you. For example, we need personal data in order for you to be able to log in to our pages and to be able to make a purchase on the website.

We use your personal information to send you information related to your purchases. This may include information about changes to show times, cancellations, or practical information regarding your visit to Kilden performing arts centre.

We compile statistics and map market trends. We do this in order to improve and further develop our services. As far as practically possible, we try to do this with anonymous information, without knowing that the information is linked specifically to you.

We use personal data to prevent misuse of our services. Abuse can be attempts to log in to other people's accounts, attempts at fraud, "spamming", hate speech, harassment and other actions that are prohibited by Norwegian law.

 

5) SHARING OF INFORMATION

In principle, we do not share personal data with other companies. We enter into data processing agreements with external system suppliers that regulate their right to use the information. We may also disclose information in individual cases required by law, to public authorities if there is a suspicion of a breach of the law.

 

6) TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA ABROAD

  1. a) Within the EU/EEA

Your personal data may be transferred abroad. The transfer of personal data within the EU/EEA area may freely take place in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

  1. b) Outside the EU/EEA

If we transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA area, we will ensure that the transfer takes place in accordance with applicable legislation. This means that we will inform you of the transfer, or use other mechanisms to make a legal transfer. You have the right not to allow data to be transferred.

 

7) ADMINISTRATION OF PERSONAL DATA

You can decide for yourself what personal data we should hold about you and how we should use it (see above). You can do this by contacting our Data Protection Officer at kilden.

If you discover errors in the information we have about you, you can change this yourself in the settings or by contacting us so that we can correct this.

You have the right to request access to your personal data in accordance with Article 15 of the General Data Protection Regulation.

If you have any questions regarding your personal data, you can contact our Data Protection Officer at any time at kilden. You will receive a response within 30 days.

 

8) DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA

You are entitled to have all our information about you deleted on request, without traceability, as long as we are not required by law to store it. You can contact us regarding this and terminate your customer relationship via e-mail to personvern@kilden.com.

 

9) SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA

We use appropriate security measures to protect personal data under our control from unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification or disposal. We actively work to limit access and the number of users who have access to the data. Encryption of content and websites is also done.

 

10) ESPECIALLY ABOUT MARKETING IN DIFFERENT MEDIA 

If you have given us your consent, we may send you marketing communications via email, phone, text message, push notifications, mail/letter, social media, or other electronic communication methods in accordance withSection 15 of the Marketing Act.

This includes newsletters and other inquiries regarding content, services, offers, customer surveys, promotions and events from us, our collaborators and partners.

Your personal data may also be used to personalize these communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time, easily and free of charge through unsubscribe features in the emails and SMSes you receive from us.

 

11) CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

We may periodically update or change the privacy policy. In the event of major changes, we will inform you of this.

 

12) RIGHT TO COMPLAIN
