Sindre Øgaard

Sindre grew up in Bryne, Norway, and graduated from the University of Stavanger and the Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Leipzig. He has been a soloist at several opera houses in Germany, Switzerland and Hungary and has had roles in operas such as Cosi fan tutte by Mozart, The Rape of Lucretia by Britten, Der Scharlatan by Haas and Ariadne auf Naxos by Strauss. In addition to Kilden Vocal Ensemble, Sindre has sung with the radio and concert choirs in Berlin, Leipzig and Munich, Stavanger Cathedral Singers and the newly formed Valen Vocal Ensemble. Sindre also works as a singing teacher and instructor for the PUH program at Randaberg kulturskole.
