Vidar Bø

Vidar Bø is a teacher, pianist and composer from Kristiansand.

For many years he has been a prominent figure in the city's music and cultural life, and a versatile musician who has collaborated with artists from different styles, from jazz to country. He has participated in a number of productions, both revue and theater, in addition to study assignments and countless events where he has played for a variety of artists. Today he is a permanent member of the soul band Soultrain and plays, among others, for jazz soloist Hilde Hefte.

Vidar Bø teaches music in cultural schools and upper secondary schools. He works actively with music as an inclusive tool and is part of Kilden's dialog project Spor. In the fall of 2022, he is a pianist in the performance Samhold Søkes at Kilden Teater.
