"Frida" is a tribute to Frida Kahlo's colorful life, a family performance as you rarely experience theater.

Join us for an hour-long journey you'll never forget! As an audience member, you'll be fitted with headphones and through them Frida's voice will take you to her home in the heart of Mexico. You won't just be sitting still, you'll be drawing, training, dancing and cooking with Frida's family. And maybe you'll hear some secrets - but don't tell anyone!

The show is loved by children and adults alike, and has been nominated for two Hedda Awards for Best Children's Show and Best Director. Katrine Strøm and KATMA are behind it. For many years, they have created groundbreaking theater for children and young people by inviting the audience into magical spaces for exploration, wonder and empathy. We look forward to inviting you into Frida's world!

"Frida" is a celebration of courage, difference and imagination as a tool for overcoming adversity.

Suitable for children from 9 years. When the Norwegian Touring Theatre sends the performance on tour, we offer it free to school classes during the day. Adults and children can experience it together on weekends.
