Lie down on a cloud and look up at the world. Follow the ivy over the tree, up the rain and down the cloud. It jingles and chimes when a furry moth whizzes past. In Helix, everything is in motion.
Helix is a sensory performance and an installation suitable for children aged 2-10 and children and young people with functional variations. The show at 15:00 is adapted, which means that there is extra room to be yourself, with all your sounds, movements and reactions.
Facilitated performances are open to everyone, but they are specially adapted for children, adults and families who need a more relaxed setting to enjoy the experience. During performances that are facilitated, we have made some adjustments:
During this performance, there will also be several guards and hosts present to assist you if needed. During the performance, the lights in the hall will be dimmed, but never turned off. We have adjusted the sound level in the highest peaks.
Most importantly:
During facilitated performances, you are allowed to talk loudly, laugh, cry, tick and shout. You are also allowed to go in and out of the auditorium as much as you like. There will be two hosts in the auditorium to assist you and help you with anything you may need.
Spektra is an artist collective consisting of performing and visual artists based in Kristiansand. We produce interdisciplinary performance installations for a diverse audience.
