The concert offers a journey through the rhythmic music tradition, with something for everyone. From the iconic tones of Frank Sinatra to the catchy rhythms of Stevie Wonder - from the sophistication of jazz to the soulful grooves of R'n'B. Bring your friends and family and experience musical joy, warmth and a solid dose of talent in harmony. 

Christianssand Storband has developed into one of Norway's leading big bands, and in recent years has dabbled in various genres and big band composers, performing concerts both at national festivals and on local stages. The big band's leader for 28(!) years, Tore Bråthen, has worked hard and systematically to get the musicians to perform at their best as a band. Together with Vågsbygd Videregående skole, we are pleased to present this time:
