Upcoming performances

  • No upcoming performances

Back in 1988, Julian Rachlin and Leif Ove Andsnes won first and second place respectively in Eurovision Young Musicians. Tonight, the two world stars unite in Kilden's concert hall.

We'll hear Andsnes shine in Johannes Brahms' Second Piano Concerto, considered one of the greatest and most demanding works for piano and orchestra. The program also includes Antonín Dvorák's energetic and melodious Carnival Overture, as well as the Czech master's Ninth Symphony, one of the most popular and played symphonies of all time.
