INSPECTOR
TOR ANDERS AADALEN

Tor Anders is the coordinating link between the artistic, administrative and technical aspects technical aspects of a production.

- As a stage manager, I follow a production from the planning stage, through the rehearsal period and up to the premiere. Then I follow the performance every night. I signal the start of the performance, give signals to the technical crew and act as a performance manager," he says.

Good leadership skills are essential when working as an inspector.

- I check the overall picture of a production and try to see the connections between the small and large events. This happens both from day to day, but also throughout the production and performance period.

- Whether the costumes are to be produced in-house or sewn abroad, I have an overview of what needs to be taken into account, budgets, framework conditions and how the garments should look visually.

As a freelancer, Hanne is well accustomed to many different types of work, and she is happy to go out with you to choose fabric and patterns, while keeping control of the coordinating work.

MULTI-TECHNICIAN / KILDEN DIGITAL
TROND ZACHARIASSEN

Trond er multitekniker på huset, og jobber blant annet med Kilden Digital. Den digitale avdelingen formidler kunstproduksjoner til publikummere som ikke har anledning til å oppleve forestillinger eller konserter i Kilden Teater og Konserthus.

- When we have the opportunity to transfer our productions to, for example, the elderly in hospitals and care institutions, we get to share our art with even more people. It's nice to be able to share cultural experiences with those who don't have the opportunity to be here themselves," he smiles.

With a background in TV production, Trond is keen to immortalize the experiences in Kilden: "In addition to the live broadcasts we produce, most productions are recorded so they can be shown at a later date.

LYSMESTER
MARKUS FADUM

Newly qualified lighting technician Markus is already well acquainted with the house and the various projects that are arranged and produced.

- As a lighting technician, I'm responsible for setting up the technical lighting in all the halls, programming lights and designing light shows for the various performances. It's a versatile job, where you can go straight from setting up the lighting for a KSO concert to a conference in one of our halls, and on to a SeniorKilden performance in our Intimsalen .

- That's what makes the working day so exciting. With my background in lighting for theater and dance performances, I get to develop myself further here at the house.

PROJECT MANAGER KILDEN CULTURE
LILLIAN NEPSTAD

Kilden Kultur programs and disseminates guest performances and concerts as a supplement to Kilden's own art-producing units. As project manager, Lillian is responsible for setting the program for LørdagsKilden and SeniorKilden. She wants to offer a varied program with something from all the arts in Kilden: theater, puppetry, opera, dance and music in different genres.

Close collaboration with the other producing departments is important. In addition, she works with performances, local tenants and major management. She follows the events from A to Z and enjoys the fact that no two days are the same. "Traveling and discovering new performances and creating a cultural program for our audiences is a rewarding job," she says.
