Kilden & Competence Center
Kilden Dialog is made possible through a broad collaboration with several foundations and actors in, and outside, the field of art and culture.
General Manager of the Kaare Berg Foundation
The Kaare Berg Foundation has been fortunate enough to receive funding for Kilden and Kilden for the period 2021–2023. In the fall of 2023, we had the opportunity to attend the performance *Ikke A4*. There, we witnessed how Kilden uses performing arts, dance, and music Kilden practice as tools for empowerment, understanding, and, not least, inclusion. In our opinion, Kilden makes a difference when it comes to inclusion and preventing social exclusion.
Now we're looking forward to three new years of collaboration.
Chairman of the Board of Sparebankstiftelsen Sparebanken Sør
The board was enthusiastic about the application. "Using art and culture to even out social differences and improve living conditions is right at the heart of the foundation. Kilden already has a very strong professional environment in this area.
Rector at KKG
Through collaborative projects with Kilden, we help to highlight important inclusion work beyond the school's internal work. The concept of normality is challenged, pupils push boundaries and experience mastery in a collaboration without labels. Both students and staff increase their competence in projects where education and training go hand in hand.
