The Kaare Berg Foundation has been fortunate to support Kilden Dialog and SPOR with funding from 2021 to 2023. In the autumn of 2023, we had the opportunity to attend the performance Ikke A4. There, we experienced first-hand how Kilden uses performing arts, dance and music as tools for mastery, understanding and, not least, inclusion. In our view, Kilden Dialog makes a real difference when it comes to inclusion and preventing social exclusion.

Now we're looking forward to three new years of collaboration.

Through collaborative projects with Kilden, we help to highlight important inclusion work beyond the school's internal work. The concept of normality is challenged, pupils push boundaries and experience mastery in a collaboration without labels. Both students and staff increase their competence in projects where education and training go hand in hand.
