Kilden KSO concerts for NRK

[ultimate_spacer height=»60″ height_on_tabs=»40″ height_on_mob=»40″]Onsdag 21.juni sender NRK Klassisk fra kl. 19.03 til 22.00 en konsert med Kristiansand Symfoniorkester fra Kilden Teater og Konserthus.

This is the first concert in a collaborative pilot project in which Kilden recording and producing Kilden for NRK.

The project is intended to include both radio and TV productions, for online and/or regular NRK2.

The concert currently being broadcast was recorded on March 30, with Simen Hefte Endresen as sound engineer and Reidar Mosland as producer.

Violinist Andrea Hansen of the KSO provides her own commentary on the works.

The conductor is Giordano Bellincampi, and the soloist is baritone Thomas E. Bauer.

The program features Franz Schubert’s Symphony No. 3, Gustav Mahler’s *Lieder eines wandernden Gesellen*, a selection of songs by Franz Schubert, and Gustav Mahler’s *Totenfeier*.
