Klart for Sparebanken Sør-konserten

Onsdag 1. november klokken 11.00 ble billettene lagt ut til Sparebanken Sør-konserten, der banken og Kristiansand Symfoniorkester inviterer til gratis festkonsert i Kristiansand, Mandal og Arendal.

The concerts will take place in Kristiansand on November 15 at 7:00 p.m., at Buen Kulturhus in Mandal on November 16 at 7:00 p.m., and at Arendal Kulturhus on November 17 at 7:00 p.m.

This year’s gala concert is themed around musicals, and a new feature this year is that the concert will be performed in the three largest municipalities in Southern Norway. Pål Svendsberget, music director of the Kristiansand Symphony Orchestra, is delighted that audiences from across much of Agder will have the opportunity to experience the orchestra live.

An orchestra for the entire region

“We’re an orchestra for the entire region, and this fall in particular we’ve played an unusually large number of concerts outside our own concert hall at Kilden. It’s really energizing to meet new audiences, and of course we hope that some of those who come to listen will want to attend more concerts with the orchestra,” he says.

The concerts are hosted by presenter and soloist Jannike Kruse. Julie Marie Myreng-Helgestad is also a soloist, and Per Otto Johansson conducts the orchestra.

How to pick up your ticket

Free tickets for the Sparebanken Sør concert can be picked up in person atperforming arts centre Kilden performing arts centre, Buen Kulturhus in Mandal, and Arendal Kulturhus starting at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 1, or reserved by phone.
