The first time you need to book a companion ticket, please contact the Kilden box office Kilden sending an email tokilden.
In the email, please include information about the performance or concert you wish to book, and attach a photo of your companion pass. The box office will then send you a payment link via email, and you will receive your tickets in a new email once payment has been processed. You can also stop by the box office and show us your companion pass in person.
Once your companion pass has been registered, you can download your companion ticket yourself atkilden.
It is important that you are logged in via "My Page" to access the companion ticket. To log in, go tokilden and click on the tab labeled "My Page." There, enter your email address or mobile number and password, then log in.
If you don’t have an online customer profile with Kilden, go to MY PAGE and select “Create Profile.” Then contact the box office atkilden; they will help you access the companion ticket.
Please note that this does not currently apply to companions of wheelchair users; a solution for picking up tickets for wheelchair users and their companions will be available in the near future. If you have a companion pass for two companions, you must still contact the ticket office.
