Silje Hansen Flemmen
Program Coordinator for Children and Youth
Silje Hansen Flemmen is a graduate of the University of Agder and Lasalle College of the Arts (SG).
She is a full-time employee at Kilden a vocal and theater educator and has special responsibility for Kilden’s programs for children and young people. She is the project manager and educator for UngdomsKilden, Kilden’s talent development program in theater, and through this role has directed, developed performances, and been involved in a number of productions as an educator. In addition to her work at Kilden , Silje has Kilden as a vocal instructor in musical theater education, at a cultural school, and in private lessons. For several years, Silje served as project manager for Kilden , Sølvstrupene.
In 2022, she is set to appear as a vocal coach in the production *Samhold Søkes* and as a theater educator in the production *As You Like It*, both at Kilden .
