Theater Posters 2020
The posters for all of our in-house theater productions in 2020 were designed by artists Andreas Töpfer and Jan Freuchen.
Andreas Töpfer is an award-winning graphic designer who lives and works in Berlin. He works for KOOKBOOKS, which he founded in 2003 together with poet and editor Daniela Seel. In Norway, Töpfer is best known for his work for the literary magazine Vagant, where he serves as visual editor, designer, and illustrator. Töpfer has also designed many of the publications for the Kristiansand-based art book publisher Lord Jim Publishing. Töpfer works at ATELIER:MILCHHOF in Berlin, and among his most recent publications is *Speculative Drawing* (in collaboration with A. Avanessian) (Sternberg Press).
Jan Freuchen grew up in Kristiansand and studied at the Bergen Academy of Art and Design and the Städelschule in Frankfurt am Main. He works with sculptures, collages, publications, and curatorial projects.
