Christine Guldbrandsen (37) from Bergen has a long history in the industry. She began her professional career at age 15 and made her recording debut at 18 with the album *Surfing In The Air*. The album went gold in less than three weeks. Since then, she has released three more albums: “Moments,” “Christine,” and “Colors.”

In 2006, Christine represented Norway in the Eurovision Song Contest with the song “Alvedansen,” which she performed live for more than 120 million TV viewers across Europe. Over the past 12 years, Christine has also established herself on the Norwegian musical and theater scene. “Les Misérables,” “The Sound of Music,” “Dødsforelska,” “Ulverock,” “As It Is in Heaven,” and “Kristina Frå Duvamåla,” to name a few.

In this summer's production of *Peer Gynt*, she plays Solveig.
