Ragnhild Margrethe Gudbrandsen

Ragnhild Margrethe Gudbrandsen trained at The Roy Hart Theatre in southern France from 1997 to 2001. Ragnhild is known for her work in theater, radio, TV, and film productions,
and has been a regular cast member at Den Nationale Scene in Bergen since 2008. She made her debut in 1993 in *Peer Gynt* by Henrik Ibsen, playing all the female roles at the Western Norwegian Theater/Bergen International Festival. She has since played leading roles in several of Ibsen’s plays.

Ragnhild has appeared in several musicals and comedies. In 2013, she received the Pernille Award for her outstanding stage performance in the monologue “Lilly Valentin and Irina Arkadina” from Anton Chekhov’s *The Seagull*.
Her portrayal of Martha in *Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?* was nominated for “Performance of the Year” in 2018.

In addition, Ragnhild has appeared in several film and TV productions, and her expertise has led to numerous international projects in countries such as Denmark, Russia, France, Austria, and England.
