Solidaritetsmarkering for Ukraina klokken 16.30

Ukraine is at war. Russia's attack is also an attack on the values on which Kilden as an art center is based: Freedom of expression, diversity and dialog. That's why Kilden invites you to a solidarity march this afternoon. We hope everyone who wants to show their support for Ukraine will come to Kilden's foyer at 16.30.

- Freedom of expression is a fundamental prerequisite for democracy and human rights. Art and cultural expressions are precisely expressions. A free society and a free cultural life are key values for us. Cultural activities provide the basis for participating in the community of disagreement that is a prerequisite for a democracy. That's why it's natural for Kilden to take a role at this time and show our position on the conflict in Ukraine. As the capital of Agder, it is also natural to invite to a gathering where we can jointly express our moral support for Ukraine," says Kilden Harald Furre.

At the celebration, there will be musical performances, text readings and appeals.
