Jorunn Torsheim

Jorunn Torsheim lives in Oslo and is educated at Goldsmiths College, University of London and the Norwegian Academy of Music. Jorunn has previously performed in The Sound of Music as Maria Von Trapp and The Magic Flute at Opera Nordfjord and The Norwegian Opera. She has created several of her own projects, including Susanna frå Sunnfjord , which she toured with both Sogn og Fjordane Theater and Den Kulturelle Skolesekken. Jorunn has also participated in many concert and dance productions in addition to several opera and theater productions. These include The Marriage of Figaro, Which Witch, and The Witches.

Jorunn is currently performing in Kilden's major production Amadeus - an energetic and magnificent musical theater. She performs the role of Katherina Cavalieri on the following days: September 12, 14, 16, 22, 26, 28 and 30. October 6, 12 and 14. On the remaining days she performs the role of Theresa Salieri.
