Hannah Agnethe Pold
With a bachelor’s degree in classical singing from the Barratt Due Music Institute in Oslo, a master’s degree from the Oslo National Academy of the Arts, and a semester at the Scuola di Musica di Fiesole in Florence, Oslo-based Hannah Agnethe Pold (b. 1995) performs a repertoire that includes opera, lieder, and oratorios.
Hannah specializes in the lyrical and dramatic repertoire and performs roles such as Mimi (Puccini), Donna Elvira (Mozart), and Fiordiligi (Mozart). She has extensive experience performing church music, most recently *Messiah* (Handel) and several requiems (Mozart, Fauré, Brahms).
While studying at the Norwegian Opera Academy, Hannah performed the role of Matilde in *Elisabetta Regina d’Inghilterra* (Rossini) at the Norwegian Opera. She also worked on the roles of Manon (Massenet), Ermione (Rossini), and Poppea (Monteverdi).
Hannah has received a grant from the Norwegian Directorate for Culture, Arts and Culture Norway, and the Ministry of Culture and Equality. She has also received grants from Sparebanken Øst and the Tom Wilhelmsen Foundation.
