Philippe Gladieux
Philippe Gladieux is a lighting designer who researches the significance of light. How can we experience light as a character, as a presence between us?
Philippe has developed a method that allows him to explore the present moment, including the flow of information, the environment, expanded spaces, colors, frequencies, and movements. He conducts his research at the intersection of the visible and the invisible.
Philippe works primarily with Laurent Chétouane, Miroirs étendus, Yves-Noël Genod, Fabrice Lambert, Robert Cantarella, François Chaignaud, and Gwenaël Morin. Philippe previously performed at Kilden in the 2020/2021 season as lighting designer for The Cherry Orchard.
