Sacred Night – a unique Christmas concert with Secret Garden
It has been 30 years since Secret Garden won the Eurovision Song Contest with the song “Nocturne,” and in 2025, over 10,000 lucky concertgoers got to experience the artist’s anniversary tour at concert halls and cultural centers across Norway.
Following the success of their four Christmas tours throughout Norway from 2021 to 2024, Secret Garden aims to fill two special concert halls and an arena in Norway during Christmas 2026. Kilden, Kuppelhallen, and Oslo Spektrum are the lucky venues that will host this unique Christmas concert.
“Sacred Night” is a collection of original Christmas songs that was named the best Christmas album of 2020 by Aftenposten. Since the album was released in its entirety in 2021, it has been played frequently on the radio and streamed nearly 5 million times on Spotify.
“The ‘Sacred Night’ project was created in collaboration with our regular lineup featuring singers Cathrine Iversen and Espen Grjotheim, and we look forward to performing the concert again after a one-year hiatus. For the occasion, we are also inviting special guests to join us. We will perform music from our Christmas album, as well as some of the best-known pieces from our catalog,” says Rolf Løvland, who earlier this year received the King’s Medal of Merit for his contributions to Norwegian music.
