Foajékonsert – obo og piano
Welcome to a relaxing interlude in the foyer.
Throughout the summer, we’re presenting a varied program featuring talented musicians.
Here you can relax and enjoy classical gems and beautiful ensemble performances in an informal setting.
The concert’s repertoire ranges from Romantic and Impressionist sounds to Nordic folk tunes and lyrical pieces for oboe and piano. The audience will hear music by Schumann, Schubert, Dranishnikova, Pierné, and Geirr Tveitt. These are works that explore singability, mood, and timbre. The program weaves together the intimate and the poetic, ranging from warm melodic lines and dreamy soundscapes to folk-inspired motifs from Hardanger.
