The Great Gospel Christmas Celebration

A spectacular gospel evening where Harlem meets Kristiansand—featuring international stars, a massive choir, and musical energy that will bring the house down.

Straight from Harlem in New York, we meet Anthony Morgan and his fantastic singers—artists who have shared the stage with some of the biggest names in American music, including Aretha Franklin, Stevie Wonder, Alicia Keys, Diana Ross, and Gladys Knight. With roots in the African American gospel tradition, they perform with a unique energy, warmth, and authenticity that has thrilled audiences across Europe.

Tonight, they’ll be joined by Kristiansand’s own Tom Jarle Istad Kristiansen and the impressive Restart Mass Choir. Together, they fill the stage with a magnificent sound and a stage presence that truly elevates * konsertsalen*.

The audience can look forward to a magnificent evening featuring powerful choral pieces, outstanding solo performances, infectious rhythms, and a zest for life expressed through music. Here, international gospel traditions and local talent come together in a concert that both touches the heart and invites the audience to join in the celebration.

Gospel is about more than just music—it's about hope, joy, and the power that arises when people come together in song. Tonight, Kristiansand will experience just that, on a grand scale.

Welcome to one of this year’s major gospel events at Kilden—when Harlem meets Kristiansand.
