An evening where exquisite food, unique wines, and fascinating stories come together around the table.

Following last year’s success, we are proud to once again welcome award-winning winemaker Alexander Plüger from the Palatinate region of Germany. With his strong focus on sustainability, craftsmanship, and uncompromising quality, Plüger has established himself as one of Europe’s most exciting winemakers. Throughout the evening, he will present six carefully selected wines and take us behind the scenes to explore the stories, traditions, and philosophy behind each bottle.

This year, we’ll also be joined by Natia Kurua from GVino, who will introduce a distinctive Georgian wine to pair with tonight’s main course. Georgia is considered the cradle of wine, with a winemaking tradition dating back more than 8,000 years. The combination of German precision and Georgian craftsmanship creates a truly unique taste experience.

Kilden's executive chef has created a five-course menu especially for the occasion, with each course carefully paired with the evening's wines.

Menu
Cold appetizer
Beef tartare on toasted brioche with egg yolk emulsion, pickled onions, and capers
Served with Pfalz Weissburgunder Quarzit 2025

Served with Pfalz Riesling Buntsandstein 2025

Main Course

Served with Ungsteiner Herrenberg Pinot Noir 2024 and Winiveria Saperavi 2023 (Georgia)

Served with Pfalz Chardonnay Quarzit 2025

Throughout the evening, Alexander Plüger and Natia Kurua will share stories about the wines, the regions, and the people behind them. The experience is complemented by atmospheric musical entertainment that sets the perfect stage for an evening filled with flavors, knowledge, and good conversation.

Welcome to an evening that appeals to all the senses—where food, wine, and music come together.
