Floger, Gnitnegni, and the Promp-Pump Orchestra – Kilden and the Kristiansand Symphony Orchestra visited elementary schools in Kristiansand with their production *Trazom*.

From Prestheia in the east to Søgne in the west. The major production *Amadeus* has generated great enthusiasm among audiences and critics in recent weeks, but this fall, Mozart can be experienced not only within the four walls of Kilden. For two weeks, a young audience has been able to experience a younger, humorous, and colorful version of Mozart, Trazom, performed by Elias Moussaoui Anseth from Kilden . Together with the Kristiansand Symphony Orchestra, they brought both theater and classical music to several elementary schools around Kristiansand, from Presteheia in the east to Søgne in the west.

Trazom, with lyrics by Rune Belsvik, is a musical performance based on stories about the famous composer’s unusual childhood. The production combines playful theater with beautiful renditions of Mozart’s musical works, performed by a sinfonietta composed of musicians from the Kristiansand Symphony Orchestra.

The aim of the production was to engage the audience in an interactive way through a fun and musical performance. The production is a collaboration with the national program "Den kulturelle skolesekken" (DKS), which works to ensure that students in Norwegian schools have the opportunity to experience professional art and culture.

Laughter and shouts in the gym

On a sunny autumn day in September, preparations were underway for a performance for the fourth-grade class at Wilds Minne School. Laughter and shouts could be heard coming from the gym early that Wednesday morning. Trazom delighted the children with his wild facial expressions and funny wordplay, dressed in a spectacular costume. Through an interactive performance, the children caught fictional flies and helped Mozart find his way back to his music by creating a fart-and-rumble orchestra. The Sinfonietta not only contributed beautiful music but also funny comments, reactions, and facial expressions as they interacted with the actor throughout the performance.

Thilo Bierud Hansen and Tilie Steindal really liked Trazom

“It was fun and a little weird because he wore some weird clothes and stuff like that”
The show went over well with the young audience. Thilo Bierud Hansen and Tilie Steindal spoke enthusiastically about the funny and “a little weird” performance. “It was fun and a little weird because he was wearing weird clothes and stuff like that.” Most people were a little scared when he walked up to us,” said Tilie with a big grin. Thilo nodded and agreed that it was a fun show. When asked if they’d like to see more of these school performances in the future, they both agreed that Kilden should Kilden come back.
