The Kaare Berg Foundation has been fortunate enough to support Kilden Dialog and Kilden Spor with funds in the period 2021 to 2023. In the fall of 2023, we took part in the performance Ikke A4. We experienced how Kilden uses performing arts, dance and music as tools for mastery, understanding and, not least, inclusion. In our opinion, Kilden Dialogue makes a difference when it comes to inclusion and preventing exclusion.

Now we're looking forward to three new years of collaboration.

Through collaborative projects with Kilden, we help to highlight important inclusion work beyond the school's internal work. The concept of normality is challenged, pupils push boundaries and experience mastery in a collaboration without labels. Both students and staff increase their competence in projects where education and training go hand in hand.
