In 2027, The Nordic Floyd Show (TNFS) is back with its most ambitious production yet: ANIMALS + CLASSICS! Here you’ll experience a raw and intensely beautiful interpretation of the album *Animals*, the fan favorite from the golden age that’s celebrating its 50th anniversary. Who would have thought that the album’s themes are just as relevant today?
As always, TNFS also delivers a fresh and rich set of fantastic Floyd gems—including both the timeless classics and some exclusive gems from the treasure trove of one of the world’s greatest bands.
The Nordic Floyd Show is something as rare as a tribute with a unique identity—one that touches the very core of your heart and delivers goosebumps and euphoria in a spectacular multimedia show.
It’s no coincidence that TNFS made its way to the Oslo Opera House itself—as the first and, to date, only Floyd tribute to perform on Norway’s iconic national stage! The recipe for success is always the same: to capture the audience’s hearts and deliver intense, meticulously detailed, musical, and visual raw power with a magical energy that leaves you breathless.
About TNFS
Norway’s legendary Pink Floyd tribute, The Nordic Floyd Show (formerly Dark Side of the Wall / DSOTW Norway), has already achieved nirvana: being endorsed by its own idols. Dark Side of the Wall is the band that Roger Waters calls “F***ing brilliant,” and which has been playing to sold-out crowds for over 20 years, including as the first—and so far only—Floyd tribute show at the Oslo Opera House (2024).
Bergens Tidende has described the show as “Grand and impressive in every way” and “…an impressive performance that absolutely ranks among the very best of its kind.”
The band’s lifelong love for Pink Floyd’s music turned into a burst of energy from the very first rehearsal. Since then, Helge Nyheim (vocals/drums), Bjarte Aasmul (guitar/vocals), Kai Taule (bass/vocals), and Dag Øivind Rebnord (keyboards/visual effects) have developed the concept into a thrilling multimedia performance. They have collaborated with guest artists such as Ian Ritchie (UK, Roger Waters’ band), Sharon Gaynor (IRL, Breathe), Tine Taule, and others.
