For the ninth year in a row, Adam Douglas continues his Christmas tradition with the "An American Holiday" tour across Norway!
The beloved Adam Douglas once again welcomes audiences to the hit show “An American Holiday,” which has sold over 65,000 tickets. Here, Adam and his fabulous band transport the audience to atmospheric settings—where they perform both original winter and Christmas songs, as well as putting their own spin on Christmas classics.
"An American Holiday" came about as a result of a long-held dream Adam had of sharing his own Christmas music tradition—inspired by soul, blues, gospel, and Americana—with Norwegian audiences.
The tour means a lot to Adam personally, and he really appreciates that the tradition is continuing into its ninth year. An anniversary is coming up soon! He says: “The great thing about this concept is that there’s always room for something new. The world has changed a lot since we started in 2017, and we’ll take that into account when we create next year’s version. We’re constantly building on it, adding new elements, and letting it grow a little each year. And I’m really looking forward to going on another tour with the gang. It’s such a joy to see everyone again every time—we’ve become like a little family on the road. We get so much energy from being on stage together—everyone’s walking around smiling. It’s the ultimate way to recharge before the Christmas break.”
